Shipping policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s how shipping works at DapperDink.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders from Connecticut and New York to customers within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed quickly, typically within 12 to 24 hours of being placed (excluding holidays and weekends).

Shipping Options

We offer standard shipping through carriers such as USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Most orders include a tracking number. You will receive it via email or SMS once your package is shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or if it’s lost in transit, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Delays

While we try to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather. We currently do not have a formal policy for delayed shipments but are happy to assist if you experience a problem.
